Photo Of The Week – The Berlin East Side Gallery

Berlin is one of my favourite cities in the world. Not only was it the epicentre of some of the greatest events in history, but it’s also evolved into a hip hangout for creatives and culture lovers from all around the world.

I was fascinated by the Berlin Wall when I visited, and wandered in its shadows for what felt like hours taking in the art and reading people’s stories. I love that you can learn so much about our past there, yet still stumble across a cool cocktail bar or restaurant. Definitely one of the best cities in the world.

  1. I go along with that. I went to a bar a few years back where you served yourself and decided how much money you’d leave behind based on how much you’d had and how good a time you’d had. Talk about free thinking!
