It’s not long now until the days are longer, the sun comes out to play and hopefully we all get a holiday! Italy is such a stunning place to relax over the summer months, and it’s photo’s like this that remind me how amazing summer is during the cold depths of winter. I’d love to be visiting Positano this year, where’s your dream summer holiday destination?

I’m in Campania right now, and Positano was actually a huge disappointment — tourist hell. It’s like an quaint-Italy-themed Disney village. My advice: stay in Napoli, which is awesome and way underrated, do the Amalfi coast walking trails (which will get you to some villages that aren’t on the roads and thus are much more quiet) and hit towns like Sorrento that are at least somewhat actual-town-like.
